    Dear JotForm team,

in order to ensure that the save and resume function now works with our forms would it be possible for you to check whether the newest submission from our member in Switzerland created the proper link?  I checked our back end and I can see that he entered his contact details as I received the confirmation email but it would be helpful to confirm that he has the proper link and not the generic one - as it was pointed out in your latest answer to my inquiry:

    1458123726

The link from the back end relating to his entry is: https://eu.jotform.com/submissions/51102469541348

as mentioned before it is of the utmost importance to us that the save and resume function works.

    thank you for verifying! Felicia

First, we just want to make sure that we are on the same page.

The link you have provided on your post will redirect to the submission page of your form that has the form ID, 51102469541348.

If you're looking for the proper link for your user to continue with their form at a later time or edit their previous submission, that is not the right link.

However, if you're looking to share the submission page of the form to another person(member) through that link, you can do that by:

Once someone accessed the link to the submission page, they will be asked to enter the password that you have created when you enabled that option.
