It is indeed possible to disable SSL submissions, however, there is no reason to do so. Our form limits are the same for regular and SSL submissions. I would recommend using SSL submissions for the extra layer of security.
If you have a specific reason to disable them, you can change and link to your form from:
https://
to
http://
And the form will no longer use SSL.
