This week, with no changes to any of my forms on my account, the notifacation messages are not getting forwad over to our email at all. tested it just now to see whats up. and still no email after the form be filled in. Any ideas whats going on?

I did a mail log check and the results shows that the email notifications was sent

Can you try to change the sender email address and name on the notification email to email@example.com and JotForm respectively.
Adding the following IP addresses to your email's whitelist would also help.
