When I go to 'view submissions' I see my columns on the screen but I only see my submission dates, and no other info.
My colleague can see all of the columns, filled in and complete, after we have gone through the same process.
Could you please let me know how I can see my info both on screen and after I have downloaded the form as an excel form.

The link to the submission page of the form you have provided belongs to a different account. Do you have access to that account? Also, please let us know the process you're both taking and you're not able to view the complete data of the submission page. Are you trying to view the same submission page? Or, your colleague is viewing the submission page of his own account?

By the way, can you try to enable the Europe Datacenter option from https://eu.jotform.com/myaccount/settings of your account and see if that fixes the issue you're having?
