Is there an option to not have any data stored on servers?

Is there an option to not have any data stored on servers? So there is no breadcrumb trail of private data?

All forms data are always stored in our servers, but you have a way to delete it from your form. 

You can access your form submissions page and delete submissions from there:

Or, use this app to automatically delete the submission a soon as you receive it:

http://apps.jotform.com/app/auto_delete_submissions

Please note that both will permanently delete the submissions so please be cautious about it. We don't keep a backup so there's no way you can recover it later.
