Can our Squarespace embedded form be made responsive?

    Can you help me make my JotForm responsive in my Squarspace site (
    www.getskoold.com)?
    It is simply scaling down, but I want the text boxes to go under the titles.
    Please let me know if you can help.

    The labels will go to the top automatically if you have the responsive optioned turned on.
