Form do not appear on the website anymore

    I go to my website, and my forms do not appear.

    I go to my user session of JotForm and everything is in order, my forms remain the same. only they stopped appearing in my web site.

    Your form is not appearing on the webiste at this time because your FREE account had already exceed the View Limits.

    You will need to increase the View Limits quota of your account if you want to reactivate the forms again. Please let us know if you need more assistance.
