We were not able to access JotForm website nor any of the files submitted on a form recently

    We are unable to access your website and non of our pdf or jpeg attachments that are on our forms are working. Can you let us know if there are any problems?

    It is true, the website was down as well as few other parts of the system during which time many things did not work properly.

    The issue has however been resolved shortly and everything is now working properly.
