I have file upload as a non-conditional required field.
Several form submits make it through with no file attached, seemingly at random.
Any way to trouble shoot this? I cannot replicate the error at will.

I was actually just now able to get this to happen during a test...
I attached 4 files, all with allowed extensions, the form reported back progress and success on each attachment, gave me no errors, and let me complete and submit the form.
I went to check the entry I had created, only 3 of the 4 files were submitted with the form. The form entry / submission is also not noted at all that there was an error.
The URL provided in the last message will not contain a Jotform, since I have to switch to another service.
If you would need me to embed it on its own page I can take care of that.

Can you please share with us the exact URL that you're using when filling up the form (uploading files)? Also, are you still experiencing this problem with missing files when uploading using multiple file uploader? When was the last time you used this file uploading tool?
