I do not want to create a new form as it is a registration form and I just need to change dates and add some additional information. I assume if I cloned it I could then make changes on cloned version but there is not option to save those changes on that version?

What is the best procedure to take an exisiting form and  make a new form with edits?

Once you clone your form, you will have two same forms with different form ID.

Than you can edit your cloned form and change dates on your cloned form. Once you edit your form save changes you made, by clicking on Save button inside of Form Builder. I have cloned your form and change date on my cloned form. Here is my cloned form: https://form.jotform.com/60756061957968

Inside of this guides you can find how to clone a form:

However if you do not need second (cloned) form, you can just edit your original form.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
