    Hi there

I want to track a download of a file on my website. i am not good with google analytics, so thought i could embed the file in jotform. is that an option ie. A customer fills in some basic details and on submit, i get the tracking info and the customer gets the file revealed to download. I have looked at the box.com and other integrations but dont want customers to have to sign up to anything just get the file.  I want the file to be available on same page. I can make this work on my website so that after they submit they are sent to a separate page.. but that isnt helpful.

Can i embed for example box.com widget into the jotform.. ie hide it then reveal once the info is completed.

The file would be a pdf.

Any other ideas that would be more simpler?

    thanks

We do have integration with box.com, you can check it on this link.

Now, regarding the workflow that you would like to have. You can create some conditions that will reveal certain areas of your form, more information about conditions you can find in this guide

When it comes to downloading files from our forms, you can either upload your PDF to Google Drive or Dropbox and than using, mentioned, conditions you can reveal a link that will give your customer a way to download that file.

If you want your customer to submit a form and than to be on a page that will give him that link to download PDF, than you can use our Custom Thank you page that will lead him to other form with link for PDF.

Please let me know if this helps or if you have more questions.
