Is it possible to have an additional form sent upon completion of form with payment to customer?

I would like my forms to be 2 part. The first form is the information and payment. Once completed and paid, I would like a second for sent immediately to customer with file upload information. Is this possible?

It is indeed possible to change the thank you page URL:

Depending on the payment processor your are using, there may be extra steps needs to ensure the page you set is your second form.  PayPal for example, the user can manually click on the Return link to get back to the form Thank You Page/URL.

We provide the return link with the PayPal forms. The problem is that the PayPal ignores the return link unless the Auto Return is enabled on your PayPal Account Settings. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about it.
