JotForm Error Log

Hi guys! Is there an ability to see when users attempt to use a form and it fails? We have lots of forms and sometimes the customers fill them out properly but it gives an error so in order to perfect the form it'd be really helpful to see where possible errors could be in the backend. Thanks!

I do not think it is possible to access submissions log at the moment but if it is a payment form, when error occur and submission is not complete, you can still access it from Submissions page - http://www.jotform.com/help/272-Paypal-Incomplete-Payments-FAQ.

I think a good option would be to add your email address to the form, people can use it to contact you in case they have problem submitting the form. This will make sure you still hear from your customers when such errors happen.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately this is not the answer I am looking for :(

I have a form customers fill out. Some have success submitting it and some don't, even those that have filled it out before. I cannot seem to find a rhyme or reason why they are not allowed to submit these forms and the form says "error." I have replicated the submissions only for them to work.

I have tested your form and I was able to submit it without any issues. When I submitted your form I got redirected to Thank you page.

Were you able to replicate mentioned issue? Can you please provide us a screenshot of error message that is shown when to your users when they try to submit your form? 

Also is this happening on standalone form or on embedded form? If it is happening on your embedded form, please provide us URL of your webpage, so that we can test your form there.
