[Wordpress Embed] The frame requesting access is sandboxed and lacks the 'allow-same-origin' flag

Hi There

I've been using your form for some other websites, which i liked. I now added it on my new website and when I click the submit button, it never submits, it just says please wait... I've never had this before. 

I use a WordPress and I have SSL installed on the site. 

Please advise whether I need to install any additional jotform plugin

It looks like that form is currently embedded with oEmbed method and missing 'allow-forms' permissions, so that the form submission is being blocked.

Can you please try to embed your form as shown in below video to see if that helps?
