My client just paid me (according to her text message) via Paypal on my JotForm. But when I check my PayPal account, there is no payment received. I signed on to my JotForm account and sent to the pending submissions area. I completed my clients payment submission, but still no payment received in PayPal. What is going on please?

When a form is submitted on a paypal form, the saved data is kept as a "pending submission". The user is then redirected to PayPal site. They might or might not complete the payment at this point. If the user never completes the payment, it will stay as pending submission. Completing a pending submission will not get you the money. That's only possible if the user makes the payment on the PayPal site.
