How to resolve the 10SSL submissions limit alert notification?

    Hi Marc,

    Based on the email, the account that got the email is not registered for a free plan. The form was just created and is kept in a guest account.

    As such it is subject to the lower limitations.

    To resolve it you would need to register for a free plan (just signing up over www.jotform.com/signup/ ) which would raise the limit to 100 submissions per month, or purchasing a paid plan.

    Once you do, you will no longer get an email about the 10SSL submissions limit.
