I am trying to create a form and have url parameters passed to the form and have them populate fields on the form.

I have that portion working.  Now I need some of the URL Parameters that are passed to be used within a text area.

    Example:

    URL Parameters that are passed:

    &divisionName=MID

    &divisionPSCDL14=https://mwdv.portal.city.net/index.jsp

    &divisionPSPhone=1-866-555-1212

Text Area will have this block of Text and I need to use there URL Parameters within the text.

Secondary email address must be for a secondary provider who has the right to see data for ALL patients associated with the physician. Additionally, the email address must not be a group email address or a personal email address. The physician represents that the listed secondary provider requires access to the emails to perform his or her job. It is the responsibility of the physician to notify HCA within 24 hours or the next business day, when the person receiving secondary email no longer  requires access, by contacting the {divisionName} Division Physician Support Coordinators at {divisionpscdl14} or if you prefer, you may reach the Provider Hotline by phone at {divisionPSPhone}.

When I call the form with the parameters the Text Area does not update the Text area with what was passed by the URL.

It is not possible to pass URL parameters to text fields in this manner.  You would need to use a Text Area field, and conditional field update to allow for this.

Basically, you would have the URL populate text boxes with the variable text, then use a Text Area field to display the text.  Since regular text fields to not work in conditions, the will not work for this set up.

Here is a quick test clone of your form pre-filled in the URL with a block of variable text:

You can clone the form to your own account if you would like to see the full set up:
