JotForm is a free online form builder which helps you create online forms without writing a single line of code. No sign-up required.
We believe that if one user has a question, there could be more users who may have the same question. This is why many of our support forum threads are public and available to be searched and viewed. If you’d like help immediately, feel free to search for a similar question, or submit your question or concern.
Can you please provide further information regarding your question? Do you mean you want to add a password protection for your form? Unfortunately we do not allow adding a password field in your forms. Furthermore, we have a phishing detector that may automatically disable your forms if they detect a password field in the form.
What I could suggest is to add an Access Code field instead.
Then you can add a Show/Hide condition that will show the rest of the form if the access code is correct, and hide it if the access code is wrong. Here's a guide that can help: Smart Forms Using Conditional Logic
