    Can you please provide further information regarding your question? Do you mean you want to add a password protection for your form? Unfortunately we do not allow adding a password field in your forms. Furthermore, we have a phishing detector that may automatically disable your forms if they detect a password field in the form.

    What I could suggest is to add an Access Code field instead.

    Then you can add a Show/Hide condition that will show the rest of the form if the access code is correct, and hide it if the access code is wrong. Here's a guide that can help: Smart Forms Using Conditional Logic
