Labels on PDF submission

    Hi.  I've made a form and it's being running excellent.  But when I look for the PDF, the labels on the forma are not appearing.  Is this a default? What can I do for this?

    I cloned your form and made a test submission. I downloaded the PDF and I was able to see the labels on the PDF submission without any issue.
