Authorize.Net Error 13 Merchant Account not Active

    I am getting an error on the jotform side: Error 13 -merchant account not active, any thoughts with this error message?

    Error 13 refers to wrong API keys used.

    Please check your Authorize.Net account if active, then copy the correct API keys needed to use in the Authorize.net integration. Paste directly the API keys during the Configuration Wizard process of integration.

    Let us know if issue still persist even after making sure the correct keys were already provided.
