Hi,is it you apps can show in mobile user like android user or ios user?

Unfortunately, Page Tab apps are not supported on mobile devices like Android or iOS by Facebook's Platform. You can check a discussion of it here: https://developers.facebook.com/bugs/435173473172584/

A possible workaround would be to use custom iFrame Apps, you can check this guide for more info: Adding Form to Facebook (Custom iFrame App).
