Now that I have attempted to embed to the email my consent form....

the bar that allows 'set up colums or input after a row'  has now been embedded.  how can I remove this.  your video directions were very good.  I must have clicked and pasted incorrectly.  Please, can you remove the bar? or call conference as these emails can be slightly improvised in reading them....thanks in advance, Debbie 352.422.1123

Can you please provide a screenshot of the bar you are referring to. Please refer to this guide on how to upload screenshots in the forum.

Just to clarify, did you say that you embedded the form on an email so that you can send it to your recipients? You might encounter a problem sending HTML email that scripts on it. It is because that most email provider or email programs limit its function in terms of HTML emails. You can try that, but we recommend sending the URL of he form so that they can click it and they will be redirected to the actual form. Please refer to this guide: How-to-Send-a-form-via-email

We'll wait for your reply. Thank you.
