    Unable to access the form

    Hi, 

    We ve duplicated a form to create this one: https://form.jotformeu.com/60344711825351

    A lot of people complained that they couldn't access the on different browsers and mobile devices. 

    Could you please investigate this issue and get back to us asap please? 

    Also, we encounter several issues with these particular kind of forms. 

    Is there an eventuality that the issues are caused by the conditions? the payment? the fact that we duplicated a form many times? a new design? or the fact that forms are not responsive?

    As I check your form by cloning to my account, I see that the Form is limited to receive only 25 submissions and hence the form is displaying an error message after submitting it.

    You may remove/change this limit from the Form Preferences so that you should be able to continue to receive the submissions for the form. 

    Please refer to the guide below that can help you with form submission limits.
