Error 404 after submission

    People that are filling out our form are getting this message: 

    404 - File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.


    Can you tell me why?

    I made a test submission with your form and find out the problem. Actually it was not a problem with JotForm at all. The error they see is from your thank you page which seems to be a broken link.

    Please review and update your thank you page URL. Make sure it is an active page. Here's how:
