    My form says its not secure. Help Please!!

    Hello,

    I keep getting the following message when I try to fill out my secure form online.

    "This Connection is Untrusted
    You have asked Firefox to connect
    securely to submit.jotform.us, but we can't confirm that your connection is secure.

    Normally, when you try to connect securely,
    sites will present trusted identification to prove that you are
    going to the right place. However, this site's identity can't be verified.
             
    What Should I Do?
              
    If you usually connect to
    this site without problems, this error could mean that someone is
    trying to impersonate the site, and you shouldn't continue.
             
    Technical Details
    submit.jotform.us uses an invalid security certificate.

    The certificate is only valid for the following names:
      submit.jotform.com , jotform.com 

    (Error code: ssl_error_bad_cert_domain)

    Are you still getting this problem? The form loads okay from my end without any sort of warnings in Firefox or any other browser.

    Hello,

    Yes, I just tried it this morning and I am still getting an "Untrusted Connection" message after I submit the form.

    The secured image is not showing up at the bottom, either.

    I think I am getting the certificate error because my form is a .us and the certificate is only valid for .com??

    This is the message that is shown when you click technical details on the error.

    Technical Details
              submit.jotform.us uses an invalid security certificate.

    The certificate is only valid for the following names:
      submit.jotform.com , jotform.com 

    (Error code: ssl_error_bad_cert_domain)

    My apologies Amanda, I misunderstood your initial post. Now that I have read it again, I see that you meant that the problem occurs upon submission of the form and not when it loads. I'll have to run a test submission or two to see if I can figure out what's causing this.

    Yep. On attempting to submit your form, Chrome also showed a warning:

    There definitely seems to be a security problem with submit.jotform.us. I went to http://www.networking4all.com/en/support/tools/site+check/ and checked not only submit.jotform.us but also the other new ones like submit.jotform.ca, submit.jotform.me and submit.jormeu.com and they all return the following:



    Apparently, only submit.jotform.com has its SSL certificate correctly installed:


    I'll submit a ticket to our developers and see how quickly we can get this sorted out. Thanks for drawing it to our attention.

    No problem. If it's any consolation, my own forms are exhibiting the very same issue. (Incidentally, I just posted the ticket.)

    The best I can tell you is that at the time the ticket was posted I marked it as urgent. So, I imagine the developers would put it high on their list of priorities, especially knowing that it's a system wide issue and not just you being affected.

    Hello!

    I am having the same problem. I am using submit.jotformeu.com (https://secure.jotformeu.com/form/20582273460349).

    Has the issue been resolved yet?

    Also, my firefox browser says upon loading the form that it isn't secure, because the page is only partially encrypted (see screenshot, sorry only in german).

    I am experiencing this issue in Chrome today.  The security certificate for the .us form is invalid.  .com works but our submissions are not showing up in the JotForm interface.
