I'm trying to download submissions, but it's not working. I get the usual message saying that the download is complete, but it really isn't. It starts to download, but when I click on the file in my download folder, it says that it "Can't resume the download."

Our apologies for the inconveniences caused.
As of testing it here with your form "Alvernia Faculty Scholarship Submission " it is working fine.
Are you trying to download the Excel submissions data of your form? If yes, I suggest to please try it again.
You can also download it by generating an excel report. Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/101-Generate-Excel-Report
Please let us know if none of these helps.

It may be due to your forms title, it is incredibly long and looks to be causing issues naming the file:

When I renamed my test copy of your form to some thing a short, I was then able to export the submissions without issue.
