I'm really struggling to enable my frames. I keep getting the message "Form not found. This form is disabled"

Your account was suspended by our automatic phishing detector.  We do not allow for the collection of usernames and/or passwords through forms.  I removed the username and password fields form your forms and activated them.  You should be able to use them once again. 

Please refrain from asking for such data in future forms as it will result in your account being suspended again.
