How to remove theme?

Also, on another form of mine I have the brick theme and it is doing some crazy dancing around on the screen.  I changed it in themes but it will not reflect my new changes.  I have tried several times and refreshed my page etc.  What am I doing wrong?

I have tested you form and I was not able to replicate mentioned issue. Form is shown correctly on my end.

If you want to remove theme, inside of Form Builder click on Themes option. 

Then in My Themes simply click on Remove theme button. You can also select some other theme.

brick theme and update it. Yesterday is just did not want to... : )
