    I really have 2 questions.

Oh by the way ... LOVE the forms!!!

I'd like to have the rerouting back to URL but I do like the information to the user that someone will be in touch with them instead of just rerouting I'd like a 2 sec delay then URL back.

The 2nd item is I would like to create a MySQL data record for each request.

What I am doing is building a maintenance request app just simple where they can review then update a status so that they can keep track of active vs. in-active, etc.

I look forward to your reply.

    Thanks,

    Stephan Fletcher

Thank you for your interest in using our form builder :)

If you want to inform your users to let them know that you have received their submission and inform them about it, you can do that by creating an autoresponder. Here's a guide that you can follow: https://www.jotform.com/help/26-Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder

If you want to redirect your user on a custom page where there's a short message before redirecting them to your actual landing page, then that is possible by following this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/89-Create-a-Custom-Thank-you-page-with-Auto-redirect. You can set a delay on it.

For the other question that you have regarding MySQL. I have opened a separate thread for it. Please refer to this link instead: http://www.jotform.com/answers/797015. We will address it shortly. Thank you.
