I cannot get Zoho to authenticate my username and password to link the a form to our CRM, Zoho. Can you help?

    When I use my Zoho username and password to authenticate and tie the Request Information form, I get a web fail authenticate error message.

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. Instead of using your username and password to authenticate your Zoho account during integration can you try using your auth token, please?

    You may get your active authtoken through this link (https://accounts.zoho.com/u/h#sessions/userauthtoken ),when you are logged in to your Zoho account.
