Can we use a document that is embedded in a website?Asked by Bridgie50 on March 17, 2016 at 04:37 PM
Bridget Smolen here again. We want our customer to see that there is a document that needed to be signed that is found in our website, whether they find a link to it or the document itself is found in the website. They need to sign it and then have a copy of it generated back to them via email and we get an email copy of their signed document as well.
Is this possible? My earlier questions are probably less clearly thought out as this one, which is really the main idea we are trying to accomplish - website embedment.
If the document you want to be signed is on your website simply create a Text field in the form and add the URL to the document using Edit HTML.
Customer will then be able to download the document, sign it ( PDF ), and upload the signed doc using an upload field to the form. You can then set an Autoresponder to send an email with the Doc to customer.
