How to transfer a form to another account?

I made a Jot Form on a free account, and now my boss wants to sign up for a new account under the company's name and use the form I made. Is there a way to move the form from one account to another?

Yes, it is possible, we only need to get the link to the form that you want to transfer as well as the username account where you want us to move the form, only that. 

If the form does not have submissions, your boss may clone it by using this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/42-How-to-Clone-an-Existing-Form-from-a-URL. 

It will clone the form (styles, conditions, fields, themes, etc...), but will not transfer the submissions data.
