I just found two form submissions in my inbox here but I thought I would get them in my email. Can you please help?

I checked our mail logs and the email notifications appear to be sent successfully to your email address.

Please check your spam box if the email was sent there. I also checked your form and I noticed that there is no Sender E-mail set. I would suggest you use the noreply@jotform.com as your Sender E-mail.

    Thanks for the quick response!
I sent a test email and it did land in spam. But just prior to that a
form was filled out by a client who also emailed me direct. (That is why
I went to look and found TWO in my inbox!) A notification of her
submission never came. Not in my spam or otherwise.
I set the Sender email as suggested, but what about the reply to? I'm
confused about what these fields are for.
    Thanks for your help,

Please mark the email as "Not Spam" so that emails from that address (noreply@jotform.com) should no longer be filtered as spam. If you don't want to reply to the person who fills out your form, you can just leave the Reply-To question empty.

You can find out more about the Sender E-mail and Reply-To details by checking this article: Explanation of Email Notification and Autoresponder Settings

Thank you but you misunderstand, the only thing that came through to my
spam was the test email. The client form did not come through at all!

I made a test submission in your form to see if the notification will be sent. According to our mail log, the notification was sent successfully to your address.

Can you please check your inbox if the email was received? I will wait for your reply.

Okay I got it, in my spam. Very odd! I have over 2000 emails in my spam,
I have not emptied it in a long time yet yours is the only one that
shows up when I search 'jotform'. The one from the client yesterday is
    nowhere.
But thanks for helping anyway! I will just have to check the site often!
    Many blessings,
    Sherri

You might also consider to add a custom sender email to your notifications, as many email providers take noreply addresses as spam, and block them:
