    Headers show on submission but not on PDF

    But as I said in my original post, I have already clicked the gear icon and checked "Show headers and texts When I go to the submission the headers show up.  But when I click "Get PDF" and download the PDF, the headers are missing.  ".

    May I know if you are working on this 'Twisted Fork' form (https://www.jotform.com/60407946008152) or on the 'Deans Seafood' form (https://form.jotform.com/60406038491149) ?

    I logged in to your account and I saw that on the 'Deans Seafood' form the "Show Header and Texts" are checked. However, in the form 'Twisted Fork', it is not yet checked. Here's a screenshot:

    I went ahead and checked it for you. Can you please try it again?

    I was working on both.  Twisted Fork - PDF downloads the Headings just fine now.  I checked that the show headings and texts wash checked so I'm not sure how that happened.

     

    Please look at the Dean's form.  When viewing the submission and downloading the PDF, the headers show.  But when I Customize PDF, the headers are not showing.

    I was able to replicate mentioned issue when I created PDF report from submission of Dean's form. Also I noticed that text is cut off. 

    However I was not able to replicate mentioned issue on my cloned form.

    Customize PDF is still in Beta and it is possible that customization you made on your PDF report is causing this issue. 

    Please try to reset your PDF designer to see if that will resolve your issue. To do that inside of your submission page click on Get PDF option and select Customize PDF. Then inside of PDF designer click on Reset option.
