Using a hit counter

You can add that type of code in your form using the Text tool. Here's a guide:

1. Get the code from their website.

2. Add a "Text" field to your form.

3. Edit the Text field and then click the "Source Code" icon. After that, paste the code in the source code. 

4. After that, save the form.
