I am having a problem with the Referrer Widget.
Recently we were having issues with our Jotform properly reporting correct information to Google Analytics.
Specifically, Google Analytics reported that our customers would loose their current browser session once a Jotform was submitted.
Essentially it meant that our customer would click on our Google ad coming to our website... they would fill out our Jotform (order form) and then we would loose tracking for orders because the data showed they left our website to go to Jotforms website. They would then return to the confirmation page on our website.
So Google Analytics shows they were coming in from submit.jotform rather than from our advertisement and then through our website.
We solved the Analytics problem by switching from "I-Frame Jotform" to "Embeded Jotform" and this fixed the problem... however as soon as we did this the REFERRER WIDGET no longer works.
I have setup 4 test pages with our Jotform and only the I-FRAME page shows correct Referrer URL info. All the others do not display the Referrer URL. Unfortunately only the EMBED page reports correct information to Google Analytics.
https://www.realty-cards.com/test-iframe.html (Referrer widget works / Google Analytics not working)
https://www.realty-cards.com/test-embed.html (Referrer not working / Google Analytics works)
https://www.realty-cards.com/test-lightbox.html (Referrer not working / Google Analytics works)
https://www.realty-cards.com/test-source.html (Referrer not working / Google Analytics works)
I need the Referrer widget to work on Embeded Jotform
Thank you.Page URL:
