I am having some bother with a form that doesn'r appear to be updating after changing some fields. It is currently showing an upload field and a name field at the very bottm of the form after the submit button. However when I edit my form on Jotform they are no longer there.
I have not embeded the full source code. If you have any ideas then I'd be greatful.

Can you please share the url of your website and the form-id with us? So we can take a look at it.
Thanks in advance.

Hi , the form ID is http://form.jotformeu.com/form/20572801816350
Unfortunately I can't send you a link to the website is it is on an internal development server and has yet to be put live.

In my browser, identical forms are displayed at the following URLs:
The submit button is the last element on the form, as per this screenshot.
Have you tried clearing your browser's cache or using a different browser?

Yeah I've tried clearing my browser cache and tried it in Safari and Firefox but I keep getting "click to edit" and "full name" at the very bottom. However what you are getting is correct.
