Hi there!
I have not set any time limit for my form, but sometimes clients get a message saying the form is no longer available.
Why is this?

What is the form you are referring to? Do they get a message when loading your form, or when submitting it? I just check your form: http://www.jotform.ca/form/60485809942264, it loads without a problem, and there is not submission limit setup.
