I would like a "create your own price" option

I have a few product options that have a set price, but would like an additional product with a blank area for the customer to enter their own price for the item. How can I do this?

Yes, this is possible by simply adding another product to your form with a price of 1 dollar (or 1 of any other currency you are using).

On this new product, we will simply Add New Option, select Add Quantity Property, and make sure that the option for Custom Quantity (Text Box) is ticked:

Click through the dialog (Next, Next) and don't forget to Save Product - so that this newly created product is saved.

This will allow your users to enter their custom amount into the text box, where it will be multiplied by 1 dollar (or other currency). Effectively, whatever amount they enter into that quantity box will be their custom amount:
