Looking for a confirmation if upgrade went through

    I was trying to upgrade to the next plan but the screen just sat loading for 5 hours and nothing happened. Want to make sure my upgrade went through.

    The upgrade did not go through Mary.

    The reason why this happened is because you were not logged into your account. Please do log into your progressivedentalmar account first. Once you do you should upgrade to a higher plan.

    Since you are currently on Economy, it means that you should upgrade to Gold plan.

    Once you log into your account you can upgrade by going to our pricing page: https://www.jotform.com/pricing
