I use squarespace platform and their form block does not have an option currently for the form to have a number on it when it comes to me. I want to be able to see customer #1, customer #2, customer #3, ect, ect in my inbox. It helps me in my business to keep track of them and not get them mixed up with each other. Right now the emails just come in from Squarespace so I dont know who is who. Is there any way you can help wth this.. Hope i explained it right what I need. Even if it was the last name not just a number generated would help. thanks.

The 'Unique ID' Widget is a good option if you want to track each individual submission made.
But if you want to track each customer with their unique name you could edit the Email Notification on your form and add the name field as the Email Subject. So when you get an email the name of the customer will show up in the Subject line.
