After I make some changes to the form I am unable to see those new changes after I insert the coding to the webpage. I re-started the computer, clean out all my internet crap and still I see the old form. I can see the correct form when viewing the code. http://form.jotform.us/form/20549263904152 This link is the old formhttp://www.dbdisplaysinc.com/contact.htm

    Hi,

First of all, sorry for the inconvenience that may caused.

The reason why you can't see any changes of your form into your page because you are still using your old form: http://submit.jotform.us/submit/20555260672148/.

The solution for that is to re-embed your updated form to your web page.

Hope you define this information helpful.

    Thank you for using JotForm!

    Hi Gary,

The reason why it's not updating automatically on your page is because you are embedding your form as full source code. Form's embedded using default script code or iframe code will automatically update it self, but not using full source code.

If you'd like to continue using full source code, you need to re-embed your form code everytime you made some changes on the form builder. But, if you'd like the form to auto-update itself on your website, please change your form code to script code or iframe code. Please check this screen:

Just let us know if you need any further assistance. Thank you.
