I have been a client of jotform for sometime now. today my forms were disabled. I am definitely not upgrading to professional accounts because simply i do not use 1 million forms per month. I use 1000 but mostly less than that. you guys should have a possibility to pay per submission or something like that when the customer uses the limit instead of just disabling it. It is just absurd. I am using another service now and I might just stay with them.

Thank you for letting us hear your concerns, and we apologize for your inconvenience, argana. Issues quite similar to this one has been brought up before. But I will let our administrators know of this suggestion and we'll see what they can come up with. As soon as we have packages that are in between Professional and Premium, and/or other options, we'll sure to let everyone know.
There might have had a glitch somewhere as your account should have restarted the submissions counter back to zero yesterday. I also have reactivated your account. You may now log back in and use your forms again.
Thank you for your patronage.

I have reset your submission counts.
We hope to have a middle plan in the future. Our dev team is very busy, so we cannot get to that. But, my guess would be that the price would be same. $50/month for the middle plan and we would increase the price of the 1 million submissions plan to $100/month or more. Since we cannot work on this change, we are actually pricing the 1M plan very low.
