I created a contact form and placed it on my website. When I complete the form to test it, and click "submit," it gets stuck on "please wait"

    It is because there is an error, it is shown on the web console, seems like something is blocking the URL that submits the form, the error is below:

    I also noticed that you are using the iFrame method, it should be the reason why this error message is shown, please try embedding your form using the default method instead: http://www.jotform.com/help/34-Adding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page.
