I would like to apologize if the new interface still doesn't show for your account as it is more of like a test and is not implemented to most accounts. If you're still getting the old interface, you can try adding multiple email address to the recipient field and separate each email address with a "comma" and "a single space".

By the way, I'm not sure if it is available on your end but you can try to add "&test" at the end of your Form Builder page URL and reload the page.
