Can jot formd be filled via sms?

I am looking for a simple way to collect data. Every body has a cell phone but not all their cell phone can access the internet. so I was thinking of a way forms can be filled vis sms by typing a code on the phone. eg *123# and the phone begins to prompt the user for information.

In Nigeria for instance banks use sms based apps to collect data from customers. eg *894# will prompt the user to post data to a database.

At the moment this option is not available, but I will forward a request to our developers so they can take it into consideration.
