IPNs sent from PayPal to JotForm are failing

    I am receiving IPN warning notifications from PayPal. Can you please help me remove this from my existing account associated with this email? Please see the letter below for moe details:

    Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:


    If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.

    Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.

    Sorry about the issue, Michael, it sounds like IPN (Instant Payment Notification) from PayPal to JotForm are failing, so I have raised this to our developers to take a closer look into what is causing the issue and how to resolve it.

    As a brief description of what IPNs are all about, when your users submit one of your PayPal integrated forms, we forward the user to PayPal so they can make their payment. The submission remains as a temporary "incomplete payment" in our system, until we receive a confirmation back from PayPal that the payment has been made.

    This confirmation from PayPal is called an IPN, and once we receive it, the submission is made complete and all its submission emails are sent, thank you page is shown, etc.

    Our developers will take a look into why IPNs from PayPal are failing in reaching us, and we will update you through this thread as soon as it is resolved. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
