My email link does not open the survey

    Hi

    The URL link does not open when I email the link. Can you help with this?

    I opened the form link https://form.jotform.com/60774153526154 and it loads properly in my end. Here's how it looks like when I viewed it:

    Please note that you'll need to open the link on a web browser with internet connection to make it work.

    Let us know if you are still having problems on this.

    When I send the link in an email it doesn't open. I've tried it several times.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

    Please let us know how you are sending the form link in email. Are you sending it through "Publish > Share Form"?

    I would suggest you to please copy and paste the email content here in the thread and we will take a look. Also please let us know in which email client you are having this issue with where link is not working.
