I tried to downgrade to Free but was sent here. Don't know why??

    Could you provide us more info on the steps you did to downgrade your account?

    To downgrade your account first you have to go to the account settings.

    Click on the Billing section and choose the option to downgrade to the pricing plan you want.



    You need to click on the Cancel Subscription button to confirm that you want to downgrade.

    After you clicked on the Cancel Subscription your account will be downgraded.
