Using the above form, we have received payment having someone filled out the form, however the entry is showing as incomplete.
We receive the payment which means that the submission is completed. Can you tell me why they are going to incomplete rather than complete?

It's either a delay in the payment process causing it to be incomplete or the specific settings in your Paypal account is not configured correctly, especially the IPN setting which is important for our Paypal Integration.
Please check if your IPN settings in your Paypal account is properly configured. If you are not using an IPN outside Jotform, you can set our own IPN URL which is https://www.jotform.com/ipns/paypal.php.
